-How old do you have to be to enter the dispensary? To enter the dispensary, you must be 21 or over & you will need to bring a VALID ID.
-Do you offer delivery services? Yes, we offer delivery services. You can place a delivery order online or by calling us at 315-652-9560
-When can I purchase products for delivery?
Deliveries can only be made during our normal hours of operation. However, you can place an order for future delivery.
-Is there an age requirement to purchase cannabis products? Yes. You must be 21 years or older to purchase adult-use cannabis products. Adult-use cannabis products cannot be sold or delivered to individuals under twenty-one years of age.
-What forms of payment do you accept? We accept cash and debit cards.
-What is your return policy? Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for any cannabis sales. Due to the nature of the products and regulatory guidelines, we cannot facilitate returns.
-Can I smoke inside the facility? There is no smoking of any kind allowed inside the facility.
-What is the limit to how much I can purchase? Adults 21 years or older can purchase up to three ounces (85 grams) of cannabis flower and up to 24 grams of concentrated cannabis (oils, tincture, edibles, vapes, etc.) in a single day.
